We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at service@mirancle.com with your order number and details. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Items with quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect delivery are eligible for return.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. (If your order qualified for free shipping but falls below the free shipping threshold after returns, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.)
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at service@mirancle.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged by customers (stained, broken, etc.)
- Sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
For exchanges of the same item in a different color/model, please return the original item first. Once we receive and confirm the return, we will ship the replacement. (Return shipping costs for personal preference are the responsibility of the buyer.)
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
