Little rewards for the things you love.
Earn 3 points per US$1 of merchandise spending after discounts. Redeem 100 points for US$1 off, up to US$2 per order.
Spend at least US$50 on eligible products before applying your reward. Shopify converts the minimum and reward into your checkout currency.
How do I earn and view my points?
Points are earned when your order is paid, based on its merchandise value after discounts in our store’s USD currency. Shipping and taxes do not earn points. Paying in another currency does not mean you earn 3 points for each unit of that currency.
Use the same email address for your purchases and customer account. Select View my points and sign in to see your balance, rewards and available redemption options.
How do I redeem a reward?
Redeem 100 points for US$1 off or 200 points for US$2 off in the rewards panel. Redemptions start at 100 points, increase in steps of 100, and stop at 200 points. Apply your reward code at checkout.
You can use one reward code per order, for a total discount of up to US$2 or its converted equivalent, regardless of the number of items. Each code belongs to your account and can be used once. You can redeem more points for another order later.
Which products count toward the US$50 minimum?
Rewards apply to our selected regular fabric bouquets and Misty. Pet products, special add-ons, custom-priced products and gift card products are excluded.
Only eligible products count toward the US$50 minimum before this reward is applied. Shipping, taxes and excluded products do not count. Your checkout determines the equivalent amount when you pay in another currency; there is no fixed pound, euro or Canadian-dollar minimum.
Can I combine a reward with another offer?
Rewards cannot be combined with other product or order discounts, automatic promotions, other reward codes or shipping discount codes. Check which offer gives you the best total before paying.
Normal free-shipping thresholds still apply. Gift cards and store credit remain payment methods where available.
Could using a reward affect free shipping?
Yes. A reward can reduce your order below a free-shipping threshold, so check the final total before paying. Remove the reward using the Remove or × control beside the code in checkout if another option is better.
Points you have not redeemed stay in your account. Removing a reward code from checkout does not return its points automatically: keep the unused code for a later eligible order. To request cancellation of an unused reward and a points return, contact service@mirancle.com before using it.
What happens to my points after a cancellation or refund?
Points earned on cancelled or refunded merchandise are adjusted to reflect the purchase you keep.
If you used a reward on the order, please contact service@mirancle.com with your order number. We will review the reward separately and explain any points adjustment. A payment refund does not automatically make a used reward code available again.
What happens to my existing points?
Your existing points are retained. The same redemption conditions apply to all points and customers. No new points-expiry policy is being introduced.
